Over the last 15 years, I have applied my skills to a range of Senior Management, Executive and Board roles in the not-for-profit sector in Australia.  I combine formal academic qualifications with professional experience in Public and Media Relations, Communications, Marketing, Operations, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Fundraising and Philanthropy.

I provide consulting services in these areas, predominantly to organisations in the Not-for-Profit sector.

The not-for-profit sector is currently undergoing significant change, with new entrants, new competitors, new business models and new funding structures creating both opportunities and challenges for organisations and those who lead them. Support for existing leaders in the sector, along with effective preparation of the next generation of non-profit leaders in Australia is essential for the sector to continue to thrive. 

I combine my professional experience with insights from a PhD in Not-for-Profit Leadership and qualifications in Workplace and Business Coaching to support emerging and future leaders of the sector to adequately equip themselves to face and manage the many and varied challenges ahead.

research and insights

Research and knowledge sharing form the basis of all of my work, providing insights into the not-for-profit sector and its future potential, much of which is available to be shared more broadly through articles, publications, presentations and workshops.

In addition to my current PhD research, I also conduct bespoke qualitative research, writing and speaking assignments for the not-for-profit sector, drawing available data from the latest in domestic and global research.
